RIGHT OF RETURN (ROR) and ACCEPTANCE PERIOD
TekNet provides that the customer will have a ten day right of return and acceptance period on all products unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Please verify (within the acceptance period) that your order is complete and meets the stated operating condition. In the event that a problem is found, please follow the RMA instructions contained on the packing slip or on this web site. In the event of a ROR return, the customer will be liable for the original freight to their location as well as the return freight to TekNet Electronics.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
Please contact the TekNet Electronics Customer Service Department at (678) 341-6005 or email
support@teknetelectronics.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase or to request an RMA Certificate. An RMA certificate must be included with all returned unit. The customer will be liable for freight to our location and TekNet will pay for the post-repair return freight. International clients are liable for the freight to our location and for the post-repair return freight for all Warranty returns. TekNet electronics reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price for all items returned for warranty repair
