RETURN POLICY
MOST PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM TEKNET ELECTRONICS, INC. ("TEKNET") MAY BE RETURNED FOR A CREDIT OR A REFUND OF THE EQUIPMENT PURCHASE PRICE , LESS ANY APPLICABLE RESTOCKING FEES, AS SET FORTH IN DETAIL BELOW.
1. ACCEPTANCE PERIOD
a) TekNet offers customers a five (5) day acceptance period ("Acceptance Period") on most test and measurement equipment ("Product") purchased directly from TekNet.
b) The Acceptance Period commences on the date the Product is received by the customer and continues for five (5) consecutive business days thereafter.
c) If, during the Acceptance Period the Product fails to conform in all material respects to quoted performance levels and functional specifications, the customer may return the Product to TekNet for a credit or a refund of the equipment purchase price, less any applicable restocking fee.
2. NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
a) TekNet, in its sole discretion, may accept the return of a non-defective Product, subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the equipment purchase price.
3. RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
a) No Product may be returned directly to TekNet without first contacting TekNet for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number.
b) The Product must be shipped to TekNet within five (5) days of the date TekNet issues the RMA number.
c) Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA in an approved shipping container. The original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping the Product.
d) TekNet shall not be responsible for returned Product(s) lost or damaged in transit.
4. FEES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDITS OR REFUNDS
a) Shipping, packaging, expediting, and calibration fees are not eligible for credits or refunds.
5. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE ACCEPTANCE PERIOD
a) Closeout products with no right of acceptance expressly stated at the time of purchase.
