Acquisition -
The equipment that we offer for sale is purchased from a wide range of sources throughout the United States and Internationally.Ours suppliers include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), large companies, small companies and individuals.We invite you to contact our buyer at

Inspection and Testing -
Upon receipt, all acquired test equipment is inspected and tested to determine the operating condition, completeness and physical condition of all equipment. |

Repair -
In the event equipment is non-operational, the unit will be repaired by our technical staff
(Oplink
Solutions).They will repair the unit to component level (if required) and verify that the unit will meet the manufacturers specifications. |

Refurbish -
Our staff will clean, paint, remove dents, re-letter, replace case pieces as necessary to ensure that each unit is in a condition as close to “Like New” as possible. |

Order Processing -
Our professional sales staff will provide you with complete and accurate information about equipment options, availability, delivery time and completeness.We will ensure that your order is filled accurately and timely.You will be promptly notified if there will be a delay in the delivery of your complete order. |

Quality Control -
All equipment will be tested to verify that it is fully operational (unless otherwise noted in our agreement).If you request calibration, we will ensure that your unit is calibrated and all certificates and reports are included with your equipment when it is shipped to you. |

Packaging -
The professional transportation staff at TekNet Electronics will ensure that your order is well packaged and clearly labeled so that it will be delivered safely to your location.We will insure and ship with the carrier of your choice, or if you would like, we will provide you with the estimate of cost from a variety of quality carriers. |
