WARRANTY INFORMATION
TekNet Electronics warrants that purchased test equipment will be of good operating condition for a period of time concluding on the agreed expiration date. The applicable warranty expiration date will be clearly stated on your sales order and a warranty sticker will be placed on each unit purchased.This warranty may be considered void due to abuse, misuse, or modification of the instrument. The purchaser of the test equipment has implied permission to open the unit, without concern of voiding the warranty, for the purpose of calibration adjustments. Cosmetic defects and consumable items are not covered by this warranty. In the event that you experience problems with your equipment, please call for technical support at our

support@teknetelectronics.com.In many cases we are able to solve problems without requiring the return of the
unit for repair.If we are not able to rectify the problem
with the unit is at your site, the unit will be returned for repair.A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) CERTIFICATE must accompany all returned equipment.Please see the instructions on the RETURNS page.The customer will be liable for freight to our location and TekNet will pay for the post-repair return freight. International clients are liable for the freight to our location and for the post-repair return freight if Warranty repairs are needed. TekNet Electronics reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the purchase price for any item returned for warranty work.
