The HP / Agilent 8904A Multifunction Synthesizer digitally synthesizes sine, square, triangle, ramp, white gaussian noise, and dc waveforms which are routed to the output. Option 001 adds three more identical synthesizers which can be summed or modulate the output. Option 002 adds a second output. Option 003 adds fast hop/digital modulation capability. Option 006 adds 600 ohm floating outputs. The 8904A frequency range is DC to 600 kHz.
